Amanda Seyfried recently signed on to play Linda Lovelace in the biopic of her life, and now the first still from the movie has been releeased showing her in the titular role.

Lovelace is one of the competing biopics following the life and times of Linda Boreman, aka Linda Lovelace. This film is based on the biography, “The Complete Linda Lovelace” written by  Eric Danville.

The first still from the movie comes courtesy of EW. It shows Amanda Seyfried in the titular role accompanied by Peter Sarsgaard.

The film follows Linda Boreman as she rises to fame as the iconic porn star, Linda Lovelace. As Lovelace she starred in the 1972 film Deep Throat. From there the film will show her transformation into an anti-porn feminist/activist under the name Linda Marchiano. The story of her life as a whole will be told in three main narrative sections depicting the stages of her life.

Lovelace has an all star cast along with Seyfried and Sarsgaard. It includes Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, James Franco, Eric Roberts, Adam Brody and Demi Moore.

Lovelace is still in production and hasn’t specified a release date as of yet.
