Last week The Wall Street Journal announced that Zach Snyder would be the director for the long-awaited film adaptation of the “Justice League” comic series. Now, it also appears that Warner Bros. is planning to develop nine additional films based on DC comics.
Some of the titles that are being adapted include “Sandman” which will star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and “Fables” which has Nikolaj Arcel attached to direct.
There is no word what the new film will be but some rumors say “Wonder Woman” or maybe a “Green Lantern” reboot. We may have news from the studio at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, but that has not been confirmed
The next official Warner Bros. DC comics based film is Batman vs. Superman which will hot theaters on May 6, 2016.
