Two new stills were recently released for the highly anticipated game release of The Amazing Spider-Man. The game will closely tie in with Peter Parker and his adventures in the upcoming film, The Amazing Spider-Man which stars Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield.
The veteran game studio, Beenox, is currently developing the game which will feature an original narrative written and created by popular Hollywood writer, Kevin Fahey. You might recognize Fahey from his work on episodes of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena as we’ll as his work on the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica.
The game is going to continue the adventures of Peter Parker following the events that occurred in the film. The game will be using a new “Web Rush” mechanic feature that allows players to pull new moves that were never possible in previous games. Considering the story takes place all over (literally) and under Manhattan, players will need to perform intense actions to truly act like a superhero. The acrobatic movies and attacks through the city’s skyline and underground will make players feel like they aren’t just controlling Spider-Man but that they are Spider-Man.
Here are two new concept art pieces brought to you by The Amazing Spiderman‘s Facebook page!
