First Official TV Spot For Ghost Rider

Just when I think the world has had enough of Nicholas Cage, he goes and makes another movie. This time, it is Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance and it has released its first official TV spot for the upcoming release.

Columbia Pictures recently released the TV Spot of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance which is the sequel to the popular original film from 2007.

This film was created by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor and  stars Nicolas Cage, Fergus Riordan, Ciaran Hinds, Violante Placido, Idris Elba and Johnny Whitworth.

This time, Johnny, portrayed by Cage,  is still struggling with his curse as the devil’s bounty hunter. He begins hiding out in a remote part of Eastern Europe when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy from the devil. At first, Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy – and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.

You can bet that there will be tons of action, considering it is a 3D action film and you can also expect some very anxious brow furroughs and quizzical looks in every scene that Cage is in.

Yup, that one.

The film will be opening in 3D and 2D theaters on February 17. You can also visit the movies newly launched website here.
