Reese Witherspoon to Star in Nick Hornby’s Wild

Fox Searchlight Pictures has officially acquired the worldwide rights to Oscar-nominated writer Nick Hornby’s adaptation of Cheryl Strayed’s NY Times #1 best-seller “Wild.” The news was announced by Fox Searchlight Pictures Presidents Stephen Gilula and Nancy Utley. The film is set to star Reese Witherspoon and will be produced by Pacific Standard’s Witherspoon and Bruna Papandrea with River Road Entertainment’s Oscar nominated Bill Pohlad.  Continue reading

Chloe Moretz Signs On for If I Stay

The big screen adaptation for If I Stay has officially signed on Chloe Grace Moretz in the lead role. The project was first announced in 2009 when Twilight direct, Catherine Hardwicke showed interest in adapting the novel from Gayle Forman. R.J. They announced recently that they have officially bought the rights to a new young adult novel called “The Young World” written by Chris Weitz.
