The already star-studded cast of Inherent Vice adds another big name by way of Josh Brolin in an undisclosed role. Paul Thomas Anderson’s big screen adaptation of the 2009 Thomas Pynchon novel currently features big names such as Joaquin Phoenix, Benicio Del Toro, Owen Wilson, Reese Witherspoon and, likely, Sean Penn. Benicio Del Toro May Join “Inherent Vice” Adaptation

The Wrap has reported that Benicio Del Toro may be eyeing a role in the upcoming Paul Thomas Anderson film, a big screen adaptation of the novel, “Inherent Vice.” The novel comes from author Thomas Pynchon and was published in 2009.
Del Toro most recently starred in Oliver Stone’s Savages, would star opposite Joaquin Phoenix, playing an unlicensed attorney to the Doc Sportello character. Continue reading

The Iceman: A Killers’ Story To Hit Theaters

The Iceman is a film about the life of real life serial killer, Richard Leonard Kuklinski.  He was actually a contract killer for a mob and claimed to have killed over 250 people. (Although when arrested, he was only charged with 5 counts of murder…)  The screenplay was based on the book The Iceman: The True Story of a Cold-Blooded Killer written by Anthony Bruno.
