Jamie Foxx recently appeared on “The Tonight Show” to talk about his upcoming role as as Max “Electro” Dillon in Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The film is a sequel to the 2012 film The Amazing Spider-Man. The studio hired James Vanderbilt to write the screenplay and Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci to re-write it. While I had desperately hoped that the announcement that Quicksilver would be in both Marvel’s The Avengers 2 and X-Men Days of Future Past meant a burgeoning partnership to end all partnerships of comic book movie adaptations. The first official teaser poster for the second installment in Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy known as The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug has been revealed.
